So a friend of mine is on a dive team at a neighboring city’s Police Department. The dive team got a new Ford Transit, and they were trying to find someone to build racks and tank holders. Most shops didn’t want to touch it, mainly because they didn’t understand the equipment they were building for. Since my friend knew at one time I was on a dive team, I would have a good understanding of they needed. so with his help and couple others we ended up making a rack that holds 16 SCUBA tanks, a shelving unit and a bench.we also added a receiver step to make it easier to get in.this was a fun challenge because of all the angles and slopes inside the vehicle. It turned out pretty well, and they were very pleased!
